About.
Feed is an Australian-owned food delivery platform under the TwinTech umbrella. It's built to give restaurants full control over their own app which would be created by Feed. As the business prepared to expand, the brand needed a modernised identity and updated digital presence that matched the quality of its platform. My role was to refresh the visual direction and bring consistency across the website, app and marketing touchpoints.
Deliverables.
I was responsible for updating and elevating the overall look and feel of the brand. This included refining the visual identity, redesigning the website, refreshing the app UI and working closely with our creative producer to capture create a younger look and feel for the brand through photography. The website was designed in Figma before I built it using Framer after approval was given.
Key responsibilities included:
Modernising the brand identity and visual style
Refreshing the Feed website and app UI using Figma and Framer
Updating the app interface for clarity, usability and consistency
Editing and applying photography across digital and print assets
Designing out-of-home placements, digital ads and paid social content
Producing general marketing design across campaigns and product highlights
Results.
The refresh resulted in a stronger, more unified brand presence across Feed’s digital and marketing channels. The updated UI improved visual hierarchy and usability, while the updated website better communicated the platform’s value and unique offering. The new advertising collateral helped elevate Feed’s brand presence and provided us with a flexible, modern design system to build future marketing around.
